Guidance - Healthy and Safe Schools Plans

The State Board of Education adopted new rules Aug. 17 requiring that public school districts, education service districts (ESDs) and charter schools develop and submit to the state a preliminary safety and health plan by Oct. 1, 2016.  Such plans would include all buildings owned or leased by the school entity where students and staff are present on a regular basis.
